By following this link, you will directly go through a "pre-registration" procedure. After filling in the form, your pre-registration will need to be validated. Please do not forget to choose your tarification. Generally, you should receive a confirmation e-mail the next day. Approved pre-registered participants will have to finalize their inscription and proceed with payment following the link sent in the automatic e-mail or following this link.

The fees include the gala dinner.  However in order estimate the number of participants at the final event on Saturday evening, we ask you to please indicate your attendance by accepting a special “supplement” of 0€ for the gala dinner.

The program is not finalized yet but please note that due to the size of this joint conference, the sessions may start early on the afternoon of Thursday the 30th of August and finish late on the afternoon of Saturday the 1st of September.
